Greetings from San Francisco!

Yup, I made it to San Francisco safely.

Today I happened to eat lunch at the Google offices (I had ‘Dandelion greens’ and a whole bunch of other unique foods for lunch. After having a guided tour of the Google offices by my brother, we drove around for a while and then drove to the Golden Gate Bridge, I also got to see Alcatraz, off in the distance. It was pretty cool, although I wish I could of gotten to see it up close and take a tour, but unfortunately for my brother, I and my father we didn’t have time.

I’m missing everyone at home, most especially Jessica. I left her a note on her answering machine telling her I got in safe, but I’m not too sure she got it or not. I guess I’ll find out when I get home or if she leaves a message on this log.

Tonights plans are probably pretty simple: Lounge around on a giant bean bag (thats really comfortable) that my brother has, and maybe, just maybe go out and see Zathura. We’ll see what happens. My father had such a long day, he’s sleeping right now. 9:02 PM Indiana time. It’s 6:02 here in San Fran right now.

Well, this is my first log from here, so I’ll close it off.

Final Vacation weblog!

Ok, so this is my final weblog from Mexico because we fly home tomorrow.

I’ve had an impressively good time, considering I slept most of my time down here.

I learned something unique about Mexico:

They over charge for drinks, and the choice of ‘beer’ in Mexico is horrible.

I slept almost 50% of my time here, and my dad thinks it’s because of the fact that I look like a rare steak.

I don’t tan, instead I just turn a mild pink color. It’s not especially fun, because it burns. I’ve refused to put aloe vera on any of it because I dislike the feeling of the goo on my hands. The smell is alright, but the gooy feeling just disturbs me something awful.

As for plans for tomorrow, I think what we’re going to do is get up early, and then head over to the airport at about noon. I’m imagining I’ll be home by 6:00 PM.

I’m hoping that someone will contact me about doing something tomorrow night. I need to get out and do soemthing social with my friends in the time I’ve missed them.

I’m going to close this log off.

I’ll see everyone tomorrow!

-A.
